Returns & Exchanges

STAUD accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
